TAGI Logistics Delivers Dam Doi Ca Mau Wind Farm Project with End-to-End Expertise
As Vietnam accelerates its transition to renewable energy, TAGI Logistics continues to play a key role in powering that future. In the Dam Doi Ca Mau Wind Farm Project 1A/1C, TAGI was entrusted by Power China – Sinohydro to handle the full logistics scope for 19 wind turbine generators (WTGs) — from customs services to barging, inland transport, and unloading at site.
This complex project in Cà Mau, Vietnam’s southernmost province, once again highlights TAGI’s ability to manage large-scale renewable energy logistics in remote and logistically challenging locations.
TAGI Logistics provided a full-service logistics package, starting with customs clearance of all turbine components and equipment. By leveraging strong relationships with local authorities and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, TAGI ensured smooth and timely clearance, avoiding delays and unnecessary costs.
Given Cà Mau’s geographical complexity — characterized by river networks and limited road access — barging played a critical role in the project. TAGI coordinated the safe loading and movement of turbine components via waterways, overcoming tidal and weather-related challenges to maintain schedule integrity.
Once ashore, the inland transport phase demanded precision route planning and expert execution. TAGI’s transport engineers conducted detailed site surveys and implemented custom-built transport solutions to safely move all components through rural roads to the wind farm site.

The final step — unloading the turbine components at the installation site — was carried out with the highest level of care and safety. TAGI deployed experienced ground crews and specialized equipment to ensure all components were positioned and stored securely, ready for assembly.
